Our family of 11 (from 5 mos to grandparents) had a FANTASTIC stay at this beautifully designed and well-furnished home. Nick and Sarah were excellent hosts, responsive and helpful throughout our trip.The well-appointed kitchen made cooking easy, with multiple coffee appliances and an extra fridge in the game room—perfect for drinks and snacks. We loved that linens, bath towels, and pool towels were provided, and the beds were already made!The elevator was a game-changer, making every level accessible for those with mobility concerns, parents with infants, or carrying groceries. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the space despite cool March temperatures (55–63F).Beach access was incredibly convenient, perfect for long walks, sandcastle building, dolphin watching, and beachcombing. While the ocean was too cold for swimming, the peaceful setting made up for it. The quiet roads were ideal for long bike rides, offering a great way to explore.This home is perfect for families, multigenerational groups, and outdoor enthusiasts, offering accessibility, comfort, and entertainment for all ages. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay in Corolla and the house. We appreciated the pool and jacuzzi, having a heated pool was a game changer. * The elevator was a great feature for bringing groceries and luggage in. * Nick & Sarah’s welcome email was detailed and informative, one of the best I’ve seen. *The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of pool towels, pool items and beach chairs provided. Distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants was all walkable distance.  The view from is top deck was great for Sunrise and Sunset We had an issue with the heated pool that Nick addressed immediately. I did mention a few fixable concerns to Nick that he plans to address. We would definitely book through Nick again.

The property is amazingly curated, just minutes from the beach, and has so many interesting things to do right in the house.

It was a nice house to stay with group of friends/ families. Host was always very helpful and responsive to all our queries right from the beginning. Good location, walkable to beach and a few local restaurants. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others visiting OBX.

We loved nearly everything about this house. From the 2 master bedrooms to many outdoor games and beach items in this house we had a blast.

The house is lovely, clean, spacious and located very close to the beach and shops! The owners are so responsive and thorough. As the trip coordinator, I greatly appreciated that! We had a lovely time celebrating the year of all of us turning 60!

Our family of 11 had a great stay at Sunkissed. Any issues that arose, the owners responded immediately and the problems were fixed right away! Our kids were in the pool almost the whole time and we enjoyed many walks on the beach! The house is big and airy. The elevator was great for my father in law who is almost unable to walk & wouldn’t have been able to join if not for that. The kids played lots of Pac-Man on the arcade. Would stay again!

The house was impeccable, the hosts extremely kind and responsive. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. Th kitchen is very well equipped with two a Coffee bar. I think my adult children were most excited about that. We had a member of our group with a physical limitation, so having an elevator was wonderful!! If you stay at this home you will have a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable vacation. Recommend 10/10 and we have been going on an annual vacation to beach/lake homes for 16 years so I know of what i speak, :-)

Nick and Sarah were great. Quick to respond to anything. Gave us great info for things to do and restaurants, ect. The place was great, kids loved every minute in the pool and tub. The beach is just walking distance down the street. Great location to shops and food as well. Home was clean and as described, overall a great place to stay.

What a find! Redone & beautiful down to the smallest details. We could have stayed another 51 weeks! Great location. Beautiful rare treed lot with fun details. Screen porch, arcade, pool, hottub, elevator the list goes on. One tiny problem & the owners were on it & a great guy showed up to fix it. Would absolutely stay there again! Beautiful property! Ten stars

What a great house! This was our first time to the Outer Banks. It was so fun exploring new places. Nick and Sarah were wonderful hosts! They supplied us with so much information on where to go and what to see. And, they were very responsive! The backyard is great! The weather was a bit chilly a couple of days but the heated pool made up for it. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The house is very well appointed and made for a very comfortable stay. It’s hard to pick a favorite spot in the house but I would have to say the screened in porch and the crows nest. 😊 I highly recommend Sunkissed and we look forward to visiting again.

Enjoyed the property, the communication, and amenities.

Very clean and updated. It was well equipped with all you would need for the home, pool and beach for family members of all ages. It was nice not to have to pack chairs umbrellas toys and boogie boards or towels or coolers. Elevator was great for my elderly mother and bringing in groceries. It is a short walk to the beach (.3 miles I believe) and about 3-4 rows back from oceanfront. You can’t really see the ocean well from the rooftop but you can still see a small part of it. Kitchen and living room is located on third floor. The food lion is very close 2-3 min drive. We loved the app with all the instructions, recommendations for food and shopping. Nick was very responsive when we had a question and he had very proactive clear instructions for check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home in great location! Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. We had four generations staying for a wedding. Everyone had plenty of room. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub was a huge hit as well. The interior of the home is well maintained and perfect for 2-3 families. The kitchen is beautiful and updated and every room has state of the art bluetooth capable televisions. Downstairs den with wet bar TV, Foosball table and arcade games were a hit especially for our teens. Sarah and Nick were incredibly helpful and guided us through every step of the rental process. Location was good but a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend the property for a vacation in Corolla.

Everything about Sunkissed was easy! Nick messaged us to let us know when the cleaners were finished and we were able to check in early. The house is exactly as described. The beds were cozy, bathrooms clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There’s even a bonus fridge on the first floor. The pool outback is only about 4’ deep so all of our kiddos could stand which was a plus! *we opted not to heat the pool and it was warm yet refreshing! There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off and the first floor has a bathroom and kitchenette so it’s easily accessed from the pool. Beach access is 4 houses down the road, then walk on a nice trex board walk 2 blocks away. (Took us less than 4 minutes!) There’s a parking lot a block away which always had plenty of parking and we used it a few days to lug chairs and boogie boards to the beach. We brought some pool floats and sand toys but didn’t need to! They have everything you need, including beach chairs and an umbrella. It was nice having lunch in the screened in porch and we enjoyed breezy evenings up on the crows nest. This was our first time in OBX. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunkissed again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Nick’s Airbnb, and I must say, he is hands down the most responsive and attentive host I’ve ever come across. Throughout our stay, Nick was consistently quick to respond to any queries or concerns we had, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout aspects of our stay was Nick’s thoughtfully curated list of local recommendations. He provided us with an extensive guide to the area, filled with great suggestions that truly enriched our visit. Thanks to Nick’s valuable insights and his warm hospitality, our stay was made all the more enjoyable. In essence, our trip was elevated to a whole new level because of the incredible host that Nick is. If you’re looking for an Airbnb experience that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Nick’s place. It’s hosts like him that make Airbnb truly exceptional.

The vacation home itself was very nice and accommodated all our needs. The maintenance to the outside of the property could be improved as there was trash on the ground around the back of the property, and it appeared that it had not been picked up from prior rentals. Also, the distance to the beach is rather Inconvenient if you have any physical problems walking distances. Our group particularly enjoyed the arcade.

Our stay at Sunkissed was wonderful! The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and It’s a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool and all the other amenities it came with. The elevator was a big hit and from now on a must for future OBX trips. Nick was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Thank you, Nick!

We truly enjoyed Sunkissed! My family (3 kids 11-15, husband, and my MIL) as well as our friends (parents and 2 kids 13-15) found the house roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. We preferred to enjoy the beach/pool during the day and cook in during the evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked with (sharp!) knives, cookware, and tupperware. 2 fridges meant lots of ice/food storage (we did go through a LOT of ice and the upstairs fridge could not keep up so we bought ice regularly). House was very close to the Sailfish beach walkway, and the walk was under .4 miles to the beach. Super convenient. And as people who like to cook having Food Lion less than a mile away was awesome. Pool and hot tub were super clean, we enjoyed them thoroughly. Would definitely go back :)

Spent a long weekend at Sunkissed and could recommend it enough. The house is well kept and clean with great amentities. We loved being able to use the pool in the afternoons. Only 5-7 min walk to beach and close walk to grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nick and Sarah were amazing hosts! They were very quick to respond to our messages and provided a very helpful house guide with lots of recommendations for food and things to do around the area. The house was nice and clean as well.

Every year a group from my company gets together with some family members and we rent a house. Summer is our busy season and we're getting ready to go into or slower time so this is our way to decompress. We are a group of all ages and we have a blast doing this. This home was perfect for what we needed. You cannot go wrong renting this home. The host on top of everything. They go way above and beyond if you have a problem. Cannot rave about this place enough.

Wonderful hosts and wonderful home away from home for the week. Great location and all the amneties we needed as a family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a great place. The location is perfect, relaxing, close to the beach and wonderful natural settings. (Only disappointment is that there were no wild horses to see on the beach when we tried), however, the entrance to the wild horse beach is only 4 miles away--same for lighthouse, nature trails and environmental center. Best case scenario is the convenience of bike rentals, super market, jet skiing, farmer's market and, of course, Dairy Queen. But so much more too. The hosts are amazing. They are so responsive and trusting. My family had a ball (so much space together and alone time). This property is highly recommended by us, wish we rented for two, rather than one, weeks!

House was as described. Had all amenities needed for our week long stay. Had an issue with the pool in which Nick responded quickly and the problem was taken care of. There was great communication from the host regarding all information from checking to checking out. Would recommend.

We found the home to be perfect for our family! We love the outer banks but this was our first time staying in Corolla. The home provided space for our entire family and gave us the room we needed to enjoy an amazing week together. The crows nest offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after some long days at the beach. We highly recommend getting a 4x4 beach pass for the week, seeing the horses and the convenience of driving on the beach was amazing. The community beach was a convenient and short walk, as well. This was one of the best stocked rental homes we have ever stayed in, kudos to the owners. The owners were in constant touch and provided great insights to the area for dining and other activities. We highly suggest this home if you are looking for a great relaxing vacation home.

The owners were very quick to respond to all of my inquiries and provided great information about the home and the area. This home has plenty to keep the kids busy on a sunny or rainy day. The elevator was great for moving in and out and the beach is only a short walk. Would love to rent this home again!
