The minimum age to rent is 25. As a reminder, our vacation rental is offered for use by family-oriented groups only. We do not allow third party bookings (such as a parent booking the house for a High School group).

Although our family has two pups ourselves (Neo and Nova), we do not allow pets at Sunkissed to avoid potential allergy concerns of our great guests. There are several K-9 Boarding options in the area.
Pool heating is available for $40 per night to set the temperature to 86° F. The actual water temperature can vary based on the air temperature during your stay.
Yes! Bed linens, bath towels pillows, blankets, and even beach towels are provided. If you're traveling with a little one, we also provide pack-n-play sheets for you.
We are a six minute walk to the beach (about 1/3 of a mile). The ocean is visible from the 3rd floor deck, and the ocean and sound are visible from the 35-foot high Crow's Nest.
Trash and recycling service is provided by Bay Disposal. The Whalehead neighborhood also provides roll-out service the day before pick-up.
During the season (May-September) pick-up days will be Wednesday and Saturday.
During the off-season (October-April) trash and recycling will be picked up on Wednesday only.
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover your purchase in the event of a weather emergency, evacuation, or illness. There are many companies that can offer protection based on your specific needs. You can go to Insure My Trip to look at policies and information. We are not affiliated with any trip insurance companies so this is entirely up to you.
The property has one external camera capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images 24/7 with owner access to the recordings at all times. It is located just above the carport with a view of the driveway and front door.
